Educating & Connecting People Around Co-Homeownership
is a community hub of information, events, and resources for the co-homeowner, as well as a network for experts and professionals serving the co-housing/co-owning/co-living/co-buying population.
CoHome education largely addresses the small group buying property as a residence and/or investment in Washington State but CoHome also can direct people with more complex projects or in other locations to resources which can best serve them.
CoHome also offers the opportunity to consult one-on-one with the Seattle real estate professionals who created and host it, Amy McKenna (Windermere Managing Broker) and Ruby Grynberg (Salmon Bay Community Lending, Founder & Branch Manager). While created by professionals who are excited about co-homeownership, CoHome itself is not a company or fee-charging service but rather a portal of information and a community gathering place.
